	FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS We created a prototype study to be used in the modernization drive of ten branches for the First Bank of the Americas. It included a total redesign of the working operation of the branch with emphasis on capturing underutilized spaces while retaining as much of the existing mechanical and core services as possible. Retail services were expanded and recaptured spaces were allocated to back office operations.
